The automated migration is now underway. Affected VMs are being transferred to the temporary AMD EPYC node and will be started automatically as soon as their individual migrations are complete.
Once all VMs have been successfully migrated, the previously announced 7-day service extensions will be applied.
We will provide another update as soon as the migration is complete.
Despite replacing both the power supplies and the motherboard, the host unfortunately remains unstable.
As we no longer have sufficient confidence in the system's reliability, we have decided to temporarily migrate all affected VMs to an AMD EPYC node.
Recovery efforts are still ongoing, and our team is actively working to restore all affected services.
The original Ryzen Gen4 host will undergo further repairs and extensive testing. Once its stability has been confirmed, all VMs will be migrated back.
As compensation for the disruption, all affected customers will receive a 7-day extension of their service period, free of charge, once all services have been fully restored.
We sincerely apologize for the repeated outages and inconvenience caused. We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as recovery efforts progress.
Our technician has arrived at the data center and is currently replacing the motherboard.
The replacement work is expected to take approximately 20 minutes.
We will provide another update once further information is available.
Unfortunately, the node has gone offline again due to a suspected motherboard failure.
A technician has been dispatched to the data center with a replacement motherboard. The previously planned maintenance has therefore been brought forward, and the motherboard will be replaced today.
The estimated time until service restoration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
